Soaking in a luxurious floral bath after another day in quarantine is an awesome way to break up the monotony while simultaneously detoxifying your body. Flowers and flowering herbs have incredible healing properties and when added to a tub filled with warm water, epsom salts, and essential oils you can concoct your own personal nighttime ritual that is equally beneficial for your physical and mental well-being.
