It’s a lovely tea. As expected. Packaging was nice. Flavor and presentation is lovely. I have actually slept great both nights I’ve drank it (and I’m not a great sleeper). I drink a lot of tea. This tea I save for more of a ritual sort of experience. Do something nice for myself. Take an epsom salt bath. Do some Gua Shah. Drink the tea. It’s pricey but worth it for some “you time”.
This lotus tea was my fav, it is slightly on the bitter side in terms of tasting notes, but I love lime, lemon, bitter melon, so that didn't bother me at all. I drink a cup a night for a few nights a week and it's been wonderful.
I just felt so at ease with every nightly sip.ÊVery comforting.
