  • Experience in B2B sales in the CPG, wellness and or hospitality industry is a MUST
  • 2-5 years of working experience working closely with partners in a similar role (BD, sales, etc)
  • Trying lots of different things and learning quickly from failure
  • Experience in Excel
  • You have a strong understanding of the beverage industry, the hospitality industry and ongoing trends
  • Proven experience and track record with partnerships or sales (deals, accounts, etc)
  • Project management




  • You will be helping with our expansion into more distribution channels
    • Hospitality space (Creating & fostering partnerships with Hotels, Spas, Cruises, and Airlines)
    • Yoga studios, acupuncture and wellness places
    • Cool cafes, restaurants, fancy general stores and etc
  • Prospecting, inbounds & outreach
  • Vetting and finding potential partners and crafting unique entryways to get our foot in the door
  • Managing inbounds and creating a successful trajectory for them to become a partner
  • A/B testing your own strategy to measure what is effective and what is not
  • Lead popups and B2B tradeshows when we have them
  • Occasional travel is required when we attend or exhibit out of state
  • Occasional working on the weekends is required for tradeshows

    The Qi's Marketing intern will be involved in all aspects of the project management and creative process. This ranges from concepts to content creation — all while learning about the inner workings of small businesses and developing skills for a career in digital marketing.

    You'll work closely with our founder, Lisa, to gather market research and analytics to help develop campaign ideas, social media campaigns across Instagram & TikTok, email marketing, SEO/Blogging and more.

    + Research marketing trends, new releases, and best practices
    + Help manage brand account on IG and TikTok including checking accounts twice a day to engage with the community, reply comments, answer DMs, repost stories and etc
    + Assist with aligned influencers research, outreach and recruitment to launch new campaign/s with
    + Participate in internal marketing meetings and take detailed notes
    + Assist in the planning of the marketing calendar
    + Help with other digital marketing related tasks and projects

      + Familiarity with Google Suite, MS Office, IG, Tiktok, Pinterest and other marketing channels and platforms

      + Knowledge of Adobe Suite in a plus
