Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales/Partnership Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving sales of our premium flower teas to cafes, hotels, restaurants, and spas in New York City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Identify and target potential clients in the cafe, hospitality, and spa sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct product demos to showcase the benefits, uniqueness, and beautiful sensory ritual of our flower teas.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Participate in trade shows and events when we have them.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage or wellness/beauty industries.
- Strong knowledge of the NYC market, with established contacts in the cafe, hospitality, and spa sectors would be helpful
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for health, wellness, and premium flower teas.

Marketing Internship

Based in NYC, we are passionate about creating meaningful experiences, whether through our products, community events, or digital content.
Overview:
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about wellness, loves flowers and tea, and wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will assist with event coordination, marketing research, social media, and influencer outreach, contributing to The Qi's mission of spreading beauty and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Support:
- Help in planning and executing weekly events at our Flatiron studio (5-7pm Thur or Fri and Sat for a few hours).
- Coordinate event logistics, setup, and guest interactions.
- Capture photos and videos during events for social media content.
Social Media Management:
- Support content creation, including photography, video editing, and captions for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and grow our online community.
- Track analytics to measure the success of social media campaigns.
Influencer Research and Outreach:
- Identify and research influencers who align with The Qi’s brand values.
- Assist in managing collaborations, including product gifting and invitation to our tasting events
- Monitor influencer campaigns and compile performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for wellness, tea, flowers, and holistic lifestyles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and basic photo/video editing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site at our Flatiron studio in NYC.
