Since launching in 2019 we have seen a cult following while being featured in Bon Appetite, Forbes, Vogue, New York Times, Well and Good, Food & Wine, The Cut, Allure and more.  We’re looking for a Dynamic Rockstar Sales/Marketing Manager who will be the key role to help unlock aligned distribution channels.

YOU WILL own the customer experience in four verticals including Corporate Gifting, Hotels/resorts, Wellness Centers/spas, and Speciality Retail. Help design, implement, and maintain the flower tea programs for these verticals.

YOU ARE self-motivated, able to develop trusting relationships, and most importantly is a team leader with a “roll-up your sleeves” mentality. Passionate about tea, flowers, wellness, and helping others.

Things you’ll work on, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and qualify prospective outbound wholesale partners, adding new qualified business. Build relationships to produce win-win outcomes for our wholesale partners and us.

  • Actively prospecting and consulting new and existing partners to create or maintain consistent high quality flower tea ritual programs.

  • Qualify all incoming leads in a prompt and professional manner. Follow up accordingly.

  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement a high growth diversified sales strategy.

  • Own the onboarding process and experience from beginning to end for new wholesale clients. Provide comprehensive hands-on training, product presentations, and continuing education for groups of all sizes.

  • Manage a portfolio of OG accounts and new ones, allocating company resources appropriately to fulfill the clients’ needs.

  • Participate in related events including trade shows, popups, wellness and tea events to understand industry trends and connect with other industry peers.

  • Work with the team to create marketing materials, displays, and campaigns to help our wholesale partners to succeed.



  • A self-starter, a quick learner, and have the ability to efficiently manage various responsibilities while work in a collaborative environment.

  • 1-3 years of sales leadership experience in specialty food and beverage, wellness/selfcare or a related industry is a must.

  • Passionate about teas, wellness, and hospitality

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Enjoys building long term relationships with others

  • Eagerness to grow

  • Experience with Microsoft and google suite (excel, word, powerpoint or equivalents)

  • Occasionally work non-traditional hours and weekends when we have trade shows, events and popups

  • This is a hybrid role - must be based in the NYC area and is available to work in-person in Flatiron 2 days a week while the rest of the time working remotely

The Qi's Marketing intern will be involved in all aspects of the project management and creative process. This ranges from concepts to content creation — all while learning about the inner workings of small businesses and developing skills for a career in digital marketing.

You'll work closely with our founder, Lisa, to gather market research and analytics to help develop campaign ideas, social media campaigns across Instagram & Tiktok, email marketing, SEO/Blogging and more.

+ Gather marketing research 
+ Research marketing trends, new releases and best practices
+ Assist with organizing marketing assets as they arrive from partners  and collaborators
+ Participate in internal marketing meetings and take detailed notes
+ Prepare files for delivery to execute creative content
+ Assist in the planning of the marketing calendar
+ Support in daily marketing tasks
+ Assist with in-house photo shoots (when we have them)
+ Work with Lisa to brainstorm digital campaigns and activation ideas
+ Opportunities to learn & assist with graphic design or copywriting work, if desired. (optional)
+ Write your own blog posts The Qi Journal
    + Proactive and organized
    + Initiative and willingness to take on new challenges / learn new skills
    + Thrives in small business, creative environment
    + Familiarity with Google Suite, MS Office, IG, Tiktok, Pinterest and other marketing channels and platforms
    + Familiarity or willingness to learn marketing computer software and online applications (Klaviyo & Grin)
    + Passion for the marketing industry and its best practice
    + Working towards a BA or BS degree, or equivalent work experience
    + Knowledge of Adobe Suite in a plus
