Since launching in 2019 we have been experiencing a cult following while being featured in Bon Appetite, Forbes, Vogue, New York Mag, Well and Good, The Cut, Allure and more.  We’re looking for a Rockstar Social Media/Influencer Marketing Manager who will be the key role to help unlock the power of the community.

Things you’ll spearhead on, but are not limited to:

  • Build out and lead influencer and social media marketing strategies, acting as a liaison with influencers and our general community
  • Lead the creation and execution of content strategies across our social channels including Instagram and Tiktok, to increase followers and drive engagement.
  • Oversee all contests, sweepstakes, and giveaways and leverage across all channels to drive engagement and growth
  • Own our UGC initiatives and campaigns from start to finish to create more submissions and UGC.
  • Work within influencer platform Grin to recruit/outreach, communicate, onboard, and follow up brand ambassadors
  • Show resourcefulness in problem-solving, coordinating influencer requests and help resolve any concerns or challenges
  • Excel at navigating organic / paid influencer marketing, understanding how to negotiate and craft influencer outreach emails while being diligent with follow ups
  • Establish and build upon network of strong influencer relationships in categories of food & beverage and wellness & self-care
  • Stay informed on the constantly changing social media landscape, spotting industry and cultural trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Help produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports through Grin
  • Work alongside the events contact on the team to concept and build out lists for events and activations



  • 3 min years of Influencer/Digital Marketing experience, either on the agency side or CPG brand side

  • Have a deep understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, and Youtube
  • Proven prior experience in developing strategies and delivering on results across different social medial platforms such as Instagram and Tiktok
  • Successfully accomplish day-to-day tasks while contributing to long term goals. Self-starter!
  • High level of attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal form
  • Ability to work as a strong team player who can also work independently during high pressure times
  • Ideally based in the tri-state area and is available to work in-person in either Soho or Flatiron in NYC (not required)

The Qi's Marketing intern will be involved in all aspects of the project management and creative process. This ranges from concepts to content creation — all while learning about the inner workings of small businesses and developing skills for a career in digital marketing.

You'll work closely with our founder, Lisa, to gather market research and analytics to help develop campaign ideas, social media campaigns across Instagram & Tiktok, email marketing, SEO/Blogging and more.

+ Gather marketing research 
+ Research marketing trends, new releases and best practices
+ Assist with organizing marketing assets as they arrive from partners  and collaborators
+ Participate in internal marketing meetings and take detailed notes
+ Prepare files for delivery to execute creative content
+ Assist in the planning of the marketing calendar
+ Support in daily marketing tasks
+ Assist with in-house photo shoots (when we have them)
+ Work with Lisa to brainstorm digital campaigns and activation ideas
+ Opportunities to learn & assist with graphic design or copywriting work, if desired. (optional)
+ Write your own blog posts The Qi Journal
    + Proactive and organized
    + Initiative and willingness to take on new challenges / learn new skills
    + Thrives in small business, creative environment
    + Familiarity with Google Suite, MS Office, IG, Tiktok, Pinterest and other marketing channels and platforms
    + Familiarity or willingness to learn marketing computer software and online applications (Klaviyo & Grin)
    + Passion for the marketing industry and its best practice
    + Working towards a BA or BS degree, or equivalent work experience
    + Knowledge of Adobe Suite in a plus
