About The Qi
The Qi (pronounced “chee”) is a flower-powered wellness brand rooted in ritual, beauty, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. We work directly with small family farms across Asia to bring whole flower teas and intentional daily rituals to modern life.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing & Community Intern to support our creator partnerships, editorial features, and social community. This is an execution-focused role designed for someone early in their marketing journey who wants hands-on experience inside a fast-growing, founder-led brand.
What You’ll Do
1. Tastemaker & Creator Features (Editorial + Ops Support)
You’ll help run our tastemaker interview series (blog + Instagram).

Reach out to tastemakers using provided outreach templates

Coordinate interviews (send questions, track responses)

Organize product seeding (with guidance)

Collect photos and written answers

Upload and organize assets in Google Drive

Draft blog posts in our CMS (using provided structure)
-
Create simple Canva slides for Instagram using brand templates
2. Instagram Community Management (Light Touch)

Reply to comments using approved response guidelines
-
Engage with aligned brands and creators (likes/comments)

Flag DMs or messages that require the team’s attention

Help keep the community warm, thoughtful, and active
3. TikTok Affiliate Outreach & Support

Identify potential TikTok affiliates based on set criteria

Send outreach messages via TikTok Shop

Track responses and follow-ups

Coordinate sample sends

Answer basic questions using a FAQ doc

Track posts, links, and visible GMV when available
4. Marketing Support (As Needed)

Update trackers and spreadsheets

Light research and admin support

Assist with campaign prep and organization
Who You Are

Highly organized and detail-oriented
-
Comfortable following systems, templates, and SOPs
-
Clear communicator (you don’t disappear or drop balls)

Curious about wellness, creators, culture, and digital marketing
-
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and Google Drive
-
Excited to learn how brand, community, and commerce connect
Time & Compensation
