Since launching in 2019 we’ve been featured in the New York Times, Well + Good, Vouge, bon appetite, done collaborations with award winning designer Sophie Lou Jacobsen and more. We pride ourselves in working directly with small family farms all across Asia with a 100% traceability supply chain.

We also donate to many nonprofit organizations on a regular basis. We recently opened a studio/tasting room in the Flatiron area of NYC.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Social Media:
    • Help manage TikTok, IG, and YouTube accounts
    • Work directly with founder Lisa on ideate, film and edit content together to post across the above social media platforms
    • Plan and post 3-4 engaging videos on a weekly basis for The Qi account
  • Ensure a consistent and well-planned content schedule across all channels, optimizing posting times and formats for maximum reach.
  • Stay Trendy: Stay up-to-date with the latest topics, user psychographics, tools, and features on TikTok and Instagram to keep our content strategy relevant and cutting-edge.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of content, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Influencers Marketing:
    • Working with content Creators: work with the team on identifying the influencers/creators we want to work with, help manage/lead the life cycle of creators by approve creators in Shopify Collabs and TikTok shop from the initial outreach to repeat monthly seedings.
    • Collaborate with Creators: Work closely with influencers and content creators to source and curate user-generated content that aligns with our brand and community
  • Events and other marketing initiatives:
    • Help coordinate and run biweekly events at our new studio tea room
    • Help film events, create cand edit content to post on TikTok, IG, and YouTube
    • Coordinate IG giveaways and email sweep stakes when we have them

Who You Are:

  • You are passionate about TCM and holistic East Asian healing philosophies and practices
  • You love create and edit content both long form and short form
  • You are watching other brands and/or creators and constantly analyzing their success on social media
  • You know how to communicate with people through social media in a way that elicits curiosity, emotion, and action.
  • You know how to generate insights based on key social media metrics and create plans from those insights.
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Someone who strives for excellence, but doesn’t let it hinder their ability to test and execute
  • Enjoy finding the beauty in the small things! We are an herbal tea brand but our mission is to help people feel more alive in this frantic, modern world through education and herbs
  • You take ownership of mistakes, don’t take failure personally, and learn from opportunities.
  • Must have past experience in similar roles


Must be NYC-based and come into the studio to work at least 2-3 days a week.

WHAT you'll be working on. HELP GROW OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE (following and engagement). You're not getting coffee ever.
- You'll help support our Head of Growth and Founder in all things digital marketing related.
- Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
- Monitor our social media accounts on Tiktok and IG
- Research and brainstorm social media and marketing campaign ideas.
- Help create content such as videos, searching images/videos from the internet to post on our Tiktok and IG
- Research engaging IG stories to post 3-4 times a week
- Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- To reach for 10k+ views on IG reels for every post
- To reach for 3k+ views on Tiktok posts
- Help do SEO research and edit & post blog posts

WHO you are: 
- You like and spend a good amount of time on Tiktok and IG
- You have a keen idea of what's happening in the world culturally 
- You're creative
- You know the devil is in the details and that everything matters
- You know how to edit videos and images
- You're a great communicator both written and verbally 
- You're super organized 
- You're positive with a can-do attitude
