Detox floral bath
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of dried roses
- ½ cup of dried calendula flowers
- ⅓ cup of rosemary petals
- Add your favorite essential oils + bath salts (optional)
Destress floral bath
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of dried jasmine flowers
- ½ cup of dried lavender flower buds
- ½ cup of dried lotus flowers
- Add your favorite essential oils + bath salts (optional)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients from either recipe in a medium bowl, add to the bathtub, run hot water, and allow ten minutes for mixture to infuse. Once water is at your preferred temperature and level, lay back and relax.
