ROSE GINGER FIZZ
One of our favorite ways to get the most of our flowers is by turning them into refreshing ice cubes after enjoying the flowers in tea form. In this recipe, we used Shang-ri La Rose and turned them into clear sphere ice cubes. One of the benefits of having a clear ice cube is that it won’t water down your cocktail and it makes for a lovely presentation. Double or triple this recipe as you wish.
Clear Ice Cube

- In order to suspend the Shang-ri La Rose in the clear ice cube molds, you will need to steep the rose 3-4 times and allow it to cool.
- Place the flowers in one side of the mold and close.
- Freeze for 30 hours, but no longer.
Notes
Before using ice cube for drink allow for ice to sit out for a minute in glass before using to ensure that it doesn’t crack.
Rose Ginger Fizz
½ cup of ginger beer
2 tablespoons of rose simple syrup
Maraschino cherries (optional)
Instructions
Combine ginger beer and rose simple syrup in a rocks glass. Garnish with cherries.
