A lovely and simple rose syrup recipe that you can use as a base for many fancy beverages and sweets. 

 

Ingredients:

How:

  1. Add water and whole Shangri-la Rose in small sauce pan and bring to boil 
  2. Add in coconut sugar and stir till dissolved completed (about 5 minutes)
  3. Add in freshly squeezed lemon juice in the pot and simmer for another minute
  4. Take pot off the heat and let it cool
  5. Store in air tight glass bottle and lasts for a week in the fridge
