Rose Flower Matcha Iced Tea
It seems we've gotten ourselves hooked on Rose Matcha, but it's a habit that we're not ready to give up yet! So instead of stopping, we're sharing yet another Matcha recipe, but this time it's simple, easy, and extra rosy! Ingredients
- 1 whole Rose flower tea
- Rose Matcha
- Rose Simple Syrup (see recipe HERE)
- Milk of your choice
Preparation
1. Coat the bottom on your glass with Rose Simple Syrup and Fill with ice. (Click HERE to learn how to make Rose Simple Syrup)
2. Steep 1 whole Rose flower in 190-200°F boiling water for 3-5 minutes, keeping the flower completely submerged using bamboo tongs.
3. Fill your 3/4 of your glass with the steeped Rose flower tea.
4. Prepare your Rose Matcha the way you normally would and Pour into the Rose flower tea. (Click HERE to learn how to make Rose Matcha)
5. Fill the rest of the glass with you choice of milk.
6. Add frothed milk on top (optional)
