I don't know about you, but cream soda was my absolute favorite treat growing up. The sweetness of the cream with the fizziness of the soda is an unmatched combo. So you can imagine how excited I am to share this Rose and Cream Float with you! This drink is even better than a normal soda float... but I am a huge Rose fan, so maybe I'm biased! Ingredients

• 2 tbsp Rose Simple Syrup (see the recipe HERE)

• 10 oz Sparkling Water

• 2 tbsp Coconut Cream

Directions

1. Coat the bottom of the glass you intend to drink from with 2 tbsp of Rose Simple Syrup. To learn how to make Rose Simple Syrup, check out THIS recipe!

2. Fill the glass with ice.

3. Fill the rest of glass with Sparkling Water. 

4. Add 2 tbsp Coconut Cream (or whipped cream of your choice) to the top.

5. Enjoy!
