Ingredients
- 1 Whole Blue Lotus Flower
- 190-200°F Boiling Water
- Honey
- 1 Orange Slice
Preparation
1. Steep 1 Whole Blue Lotus Flower in 190-200°F for 3-5 minutes, completely submerged using bamboo tongs.
2. Pour your steeped Blue Lotus flower tea into the cup you intend to drink from.
3. Stir in 1-2 tsp of honey. (Feel free to adjust to your liking)
4. Add 1 slice of an orange into your Blue Lotus flower tea.
