BLUE LOTUS TEA INGREDIENTS:
- 1 blue lotus
- 190F hot water
- bamboo tong
STRAWBERRY MILK INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 cup halved of fresh strawberries
- 3 teaspoons honey or sweetener of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
2 cups water, filtered
Add all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high 2 minutes, or until mixture turns pink and creamy.
Serve milk immediately or cover and shake to prevent separation in between uses.
