Strawberry Rose Iced Tea

Welcome to our summer drink series! Our first recipe features rosebuds from our Petite Flower Trio Tea Set. It's peak strawberry season for the fruit's three varieties — June-bearing, ever-bearing, and day-neutral. Just like strawberries, roses also bloom in late spring and early summer.

Here is our full recipe to help you sip and savor the flavors of summer. Plus, read more on the many benefits of drinking rose tea.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Boil roughly 2 to 2 ½ cups of water depending on the size of your teapot.
  2. Pour boiling water over petite rosebuds.
  3. Steep for a minimum of 5 minutes and set aside.
  4. Cut strawberries and add to a serving cup. Mash until no large chunks remain. For sweetness, add honey to taste.
  5. For a cooled drink, brew rose tea over ice. Enjoy!

Optional:

Leave a little room to add sparkling water for a bubbly flair.
