Simple Rose Syrup Recipe
A lovely and simple rose syrup recipe that you can use as a base for many fancy beverages and sweets.
Ingredients:
- 1 x The Qi Shangri-la Rose
- 2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- Juice from 1 freshly squeezed lemon
How:
- Add water and whole Shangri-la Rose in small sauce pan and bring to boil
- Add in coconut sugar and stir till dissolved completed (about 5 minutes)
- Add in freshly squeezed lemon juice in the pot and simmer for another minute
- Take pot off the heat and let it cool
- Store in air tight glass bottle and lasts for a week in the fridge
