Immunity Boost Chrysanthemum Mocktail
INGREDIENTS:
1. The Qi Chrysanthemum
2. Hot water
3. Ice
Optional: sparkling water, sparkling juice, fresh fruits (raspberries, strawberries, cucumber slices, lemon slices ).
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pour near-boiling hot water (190F) over 1 chrysanthemum in a glass server
2. Let it infuse for three minutes then let it cool down a bit
3. Use bamboo tong carefully take the whole chrysanthemum out of infusion and in a glass cup
4. Then pour the infusion over ice (add extras) and serve
5. Optional, add raspberries, cucumber slices, and or lemon slices for fun, festive, and delightfully good for you beverage!
