Ingredients

• The Qi's Rose Matcha
• The Qi's Butterfly Pea Flower Tea
• Boiling Water
• Your choice of Milk
• Heavy Whipping Cream

Preparation

1. Steep 1 tsp of Butterfly Pea flower buds for 3-5 minutes in 190-200°F boiling water and Set aside. 

2. Using a spoon, add ‘clouds’ of heavy whipping cream to the inside of your glass

3. Add Ice to your glass

4. Prepare your Rose Matcha as you normally would and Pour into the glass. (Click HERE to learn how to make Rose Matcha) 

5. Pour your choice of milk into your glass

6. Pour your steeped Butterfly Pea flower tea into the glass.
