The Wellth Drink

This drink is an adaptation of Jim Meehan's Get Well Soon drink in the book Good Drinks by Julia Bainbridge.  Depending on the size of your vessel/mug, add more hot water for a more mild tasting notes in case it's too concentrated for you.

Ingredients:

- 1 tbs of freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1 The Qi chrysanthemum

- 1 ounce fresh ginger juice

- 1/2 tsp of turmeric

- 1 tbs of honey 

- 1 clove-studded lemon wheel

The Qi chrysanthemum get well soon drink

How:

- Fill a mug with boiling hot water

- Add in all ingredients 

- Cover and steep for 3 minutes

- Gently stir to mix well 

- Sip and enjoy
