Ingredients

1 whole Chrysanthemum flower tea
2 Ginger Cubes (or 2 tsp minced ginger root)
1 teaspoon Goji Berries
1 teaspoon Honey
1.5 cups Hot Water (190-200ºF)
Sprig of Fresh Mint for garnish (optional)
Directions
Place 1 Chrysanthemum flower tea, 1 tsp goji berries, and 2 ginger cubes in a glass cup. (If you’re using fresh ginger, roughy mince 2 tablespoons & add to the glass)
Pour 190-200°F hot water on top of the Chrysanthemum flower, goji berries and ginger & stir using bamboo tongs.
Allow the flower steep for 3-5 minutes completely submerged in water using bamboo tongs. (If you’re using fresh ginger, you can strain your tea after it is fully steeped to remove the minced bits)
Add 1 tsp of honey or sweetener of your choice.
Add a sprig of peppermint for garnish. (optional)
