I had been eyeing The Qi for years now (mainly for the aesthetics) but really only appreciated it from a distance. This Black Friday weekend, I saw a video of the CEO that resonated with me and made me pull the trigger, and I'm so happy I did. It's too soon to see the health effects of the tea (it's been less than a week) but I love the headspace it has already put me in — the quiet luxury of slowing down and, cliched as it may sound, appreciating the little things in life, like one small sip after another. I'm so smitten with this new ritual I've created in my day-to-day.
In terms of flavor, I like the chrysanthemum and blue lotus the best, both with a spoonful of honey. I've yet to try the blooming tea though. Excited for that next!
