    My Favorite Chrysanthemum Flower Tea

    This tea is so calming and grounding. I have tried many different Chrysanthemum teas but this one is truly a treasure and it's so pretty to watch it bloom too! I like to drink it before meditation practices. Its very refreshing both cool and hot as well!
