This is a great set, I drink the Bloom +Balance daily and it's helped me improve not only having a more soothing period... it seems to have helped the quality of my skin and hair as well. This is truly one of the best teas I've ever tried! It's very tasty and lasts a while since it's loose leaf and you only need a little of it. I've already noticed a difference in how my body responds around my period which is crazy to me. I'll definitely be repurchasing!
