    Pour boiling water (190-200°F) over one flower in a clear glass mug/pot, use a bamboo tong to weigh it down so it's completely submerged. Close the lid. Let it steep for 3-5 mins.

      Great tea short expiration date

      I love your tea but was disappointed to see the expiration date on the package, purchased in April is May 2025, the same expiration date as when I purchased fir a Christmas gift last fall.

      I like the rose and lotus flowers. Unfortunately chrysanthemum has fructans (high fodmap) but without caffeine I can share with pregnant friends. Lovely packaging and info shared on the product!
