I have posted a review of this tea blended with other flowers from The Qi before but today I decided to mix it with the Sleep Tea blend for an extra little relaxing treat. I always love to have a flower tea in the early morning when my insomnia is giving me trouble and it helps me not struggle so hard, but to enjoy the moment for what it is. Its a lovely little blend I've made and I highly recommend both teas
I always keep this tea on hand because its so mild and versatile to mix with other flower teas. I love to blend it in with my twice-daily Bloom + Balance infusions for a charming splash of color. It's absolutely lovely!
Great having it as a change from many other teas that are more common
Though this tea doesn’t taste like much the purple color is so vibrant. I would make lavender syrup and add this butterfly tea and it gives the syrup a beautiful purple hue. It’s also great with yuzu honey lemonade from Japan. Sugibee. Yumm
