This is a great set, I drink the Bloom +Balance daily and it's helped me improve not only having a more soothing period... it seems to have helped the quality of my skin and hair as well. I also feel more hydrated. Less cranky. I don't like drinking plain water. I also don't drink alcohol, so this has been such a great alternative!
