On the 1st day of my last period, I had mild cramps, so I made some of this Bloom + Balance herbal tea, and after a cup... stomach cramps no more! I was really pleasantly surprised. I know the tea is great for many other benefits as well as I love all the ingredients in this blend. I've been enjoying it as a dessert tea after dinner (I brew the tea first and then mix it in a big spoonful of raw honey) as someone recommended and it tastes so good!
