Qi & Blood increasing rose jujubedates tea
I went to see a TCM/Acupuncture Dr yesterday, she gave me a tongue 👅 exam and told me “your Qi and blood are weak, sometimes you don’t sleep well, your liver needs extra support, too much stress and anxiety.” So she recommended me drinking more Jujube dates and Rose tea to increase my Qi and Blood health.
