Butterfly Pea Cloud Latte

Ingredients:

• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of honey
• 3-5 butterfly pea flowers
• 1/2 cup Milk (vegan milk) of your choice
• Boiling hot water

Method:

• Add 3-5 butterfly pea flowers in a glass cup
• Pour boiling hot water half way and let it steep for about 3 mins
• Add honey and stir to mix
• Add lemon juice and watch the color turn from blue to purple!
• Top off with foamy milk (vegan milk) of your choice
