Ingredients per serving:
2 oz rose simple syrup
1 egg white
1 lemon, juiced
Seltzer to top
Single Origin Rose to garnish
1. Combine the raspberries, rose simple syrup, and lemon juice to a glass and muddle the ingredients together.
2. Add in the egg white and shake without ice for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
3. Add in ice and shake again - this time for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain into a glass and pour in seltzer.
5. Garnish and enjoy!
