Anti-Aging Radiant Skin TCM Tea

Ingredients:
- 5 Rosebuds or whole Shangri-la Rose
- 1 Royal Chrysanthemum
- About 3 halves of jujube dates
- 3 hawthorn berries
- 3 longan fruits (optional, or use honey)
- 5 goji berries
- 4 schisandra berries
- Boiling water
Instructions:
- Boil roughly 2 to 2 ½ cups of water depending on the size of your teapot.
- Place all ingredients in your teapot.
- Pour the boiling water over the ingredients. Stir to ensure an even flavor distribution.
- Steep for 5-10 minutes to infuse the anti-aging ingredients.
- Let cool before enjoying. Feel free to add honey to taste.
