  • 3 Rosebuds
  • About 4 halves of jujube dates
  • 3 hawthorn berries
  • 3 longan fruits
  • 5 goji berries
  • 4 schisandra berries
  • Boiling water




  1. Boil roughly 2 to 2 ½ cups of water depending on the size of your teapot.
  2. Place the rosebuds, jujube dates, hawthorn berries, longan fruits, goji berries, and schisandra berries in your teapot
  3. Pour the boiling water over the ingredients. Stir to ensure an even flavor distribution.
