Remove String First

This tea tastes great, it's light and refreshing. However, I had to 'troubleshoot' the tea. I read the instructions, and it states to just drop in the tea ball in the teapot and pour hot water. I did just that and the ball remained intact in the water. I realized that there was a string holding the ball together. I had to take out the ball from the water, remove the string, and then drop the ball back into the hot water. Only then did the ball 'bloom' into a flower inside the pot. Perhaps this should be indicated somewhere to avoid confusion.
