Strawberry Rose Mocktail


1 The Qi Shangrila-Rose

Diced strawberry cubes  

Honey to taste 

Hot water

Ice cubs



- Steep Rose and a teaspoon of honey in hot water (180F) for 3 mins in glass server

- Stir to mix and let it cool.

- Use bamboo tong to pick out the rose flower and transfer it in a new glass cup full of ice

- Then pour Rose infusion into the glass cup of ice 

- Top it with a strawberry cubes

- Serve and enjoy this refreshing and delightfully good for you beverage!
