Whole Flower Rose Infusion Ice

INGREDIENTS

1 The Qi Rose
1 2.5" ice ball mold


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put rose in glass server and pour near-boiling hot water (180F) over the Rose

2. Let it steep for about 3 minutes. Then let it cool for a bit longer. 

3. Use bamboo tong carefully pick up the whole rose and put it in the ice ball mold.

4. Then pour rose infusion to fill the mold to top and freeze. 

5. Once frozen, enjoy it with sparkling water or your beverage of choice (great with lemonade, sangria, rosé or champagne!)
