Immunity Boosting Chrysanthemum, Honey, & Goji Berry Tea Recipe

These ingredients will not only taste good but also leave you feeling good. Goji berries are a powerful immunity ingredient that contains a multitude of medicinal properties including flu protection, inflammation reduction, and high levels of antioxidants for the eyes and skin. We love the Chrysanthemum flower for its detoxing properties, Vitamin A & C richness, and heart health support. 


1 The Qi Chrysanthemum 

1 teaspoon of goji berries

Honey to taste 

Hot water



  1. Add 1 Chrysanthemum and goji berries to a mug 
  2. Add boiling water to the mug, keeping the flower underwater
  3. Infuse for 3 minutes 
  4. Add honey to mug and stir
  5. Enjoy
