Chrysanthemum Mocktail

INGREDIENTS

The Qi edible chrysanthemum flowers
Ice
Hot water
Optional extras: sparkling water, sparkling juice, fresh fruits (raspberries, strawberries, cucumbers, orange supreme), a dash of apple juice.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour boiling hot water over 1 flower in a glass pitcher
  2. Let it infuse for a minimum of three minutes 
  3. Then pour over ice (add extras) and serve
  4. Or add extras, leave it in the fridge for 3+ hours then service chilled
