How to Make Blooming Rose Tea Popsicles

When summer temperatures are rising, your body is craving something cooling and refreshing, and what better way to beat the heat than with edible rose flower tea popsicles! These popsicles will give you an instant energy boost, without having any caffeine. Blooming rose tea is amazing for summer, because it is packed with water, and makes sure you stay hydrated during the long summer days. Rose is an amazing skincare tool, as it has cooling qualities, thus cold rose water is safe to even throw on your face to soothe and clean. In the summer, when you’re sweating and out in the harsh sun, a blooming rose popsicle treat will soothe your skin from the inside and outside by keeping your face cleansed, plump, glowing and hydrated. Rose tea has anti-aging properties, which is able to tighten pores, lighten dark spots, and decrease wrinkles which are more likely to be prevalent in the summer due to more exposure to the sun. Other benefits of rose flower tea are: it is rich in antioxidants, helps fight cancer, contains anti-inflammatory properties, helps de-stress, improves memory, combats menstrual pain and aids in weight loss. 

Recipe: Blooming Rose Flower Tea Popsicles (Servings: 4 Popsicles)


2 Shangri-La Roses

2.5 Cups of milk of your choice

1.5 teaspoon honey for taste

Optional: 1/4 cup chocolate chips of your choice, and crushed pistachios for topping 


1. Blend together the Shangri-La Roses, milk, and honey.

2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks, freeze for at least 6-8 hours till completely solid. 

3. Optional: Melt chocolate chips in a saucepan until liquid. Let chocolate cool. Remove popsicle from mold, and lay on a baking sheet. With a spoon, put melted chocolate onto popsicles, and then drizzle crushed pistachios. Return popsicles to freezer to set for about 10-15 mins.
